Cost and timeline figures shown on the site — including the cost estimator and any examples — are non-binding indications, not quotes or guarantees. Actual cost, timeline, and outcomes depend on the agreed scope of work. Figures cited from third parties (e.g. Deloitte, Gartner) are attributed to their source and provided for context. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, or security advice.

The AI audit

The AI audit is an automated, informational tool. Its output is a starting point for discussion, not a recommendation to act, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on its basis.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, and code are owned by VakogAI unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and logos shown to describe our team’s prior experience remain the property of their respective owners; their use here is factual and implies no endorsement or partnership.

How we use AI

We use AI tools in building and delivering our work and to narrate estimates on this site, always with human review. See the "How we use AI" section of our Privacy Policy for the data side.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
